EDUCATION

  • Experience in Product Development, Process and Project management at least 10 years
  • BSc or MSc degree in Business Administration, Physics, Electrical Engineering or related technical software field.

EXPERIENCE

  • Shown experience in a R&D and / or operational management environment.
  • Solid understanding of development cycles and service processes.
  • Outstanding business insight with the ability to build and present rationales.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality assurance. This ensures smooth integration and timely execution of new product launches.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and implement arguments for service impacts.
  • High-reaching approach with a dedication to delivering world-class service solutions.
  • Being flexible and entrepreneurial to find ways to achieve your goals in a growing organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the liaison between product development and Product Serviceability team, ensuring detailed communication and collaboration.
  • With help of the Service Architect you are able to develop compelling arguments to generate service requirements in the NPI projects.
  • Negotiate effectively with Business Unit managers and VPs to integrate serviceability into product development, often based on financial case content.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to settle and implement service strategies.
  • Supervise and analyze service performance to ensure extraordinary customer happiness.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the service improvement program.
  • Provide outstanding support and mentorship to the service team on business sense.
