What you’ll be doing: Customer-Centric Solutions: Evaluate, recommend, and implement customer requirements on the ServiceNow platform, adhering to best practices for configuration and development Technical Expertise: Leverage your deep technical expertise to guide and implement the technical aspects of ServiceNow projects and solutions Solution Delivery: Deliver end-to-end automated solutions that align with customer business objectives and facilitate platform integrations Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and domain expertise to configure and develop the ServiceNow platform, aligning it with business processes and requirements. Requirements Gathering: Support requirements gathering workshops, offering technical guidance, and assisting in capturing necessary business, functional, and technical requirements What you’ll bring to the table: Proficient professional with advanced knowledge of ServiceNow 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience 7+ years of general business or IT experience Proven track record of developing and delivering ServiceNow solutions Strong understanding of CSM module. Can work independently with minimal guidance, capable of leading smaller projects Experience consulting on technical and business requirements for clients Specializes implementing and supporting Customer Service Management (CSM). This range represents the expected compensation for this position. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
