This role combines strong technical expertise with consultative skills to translate requirements into effective solutions, while collaborating closely with clients and cross-functional teams. The position requires clear and proactive communication, strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability in dynamic environments, and a continuous learning mindset to drive successful digital transformation outcomes. What You'll Be Doing: Customer-Centric Solutions: Evaluate, recommend, and implement customer requirements on the ServiceNow platform, adhering to best practices for configuration and development Technical Expertise: Leverage your deep technical expertise to guide and implement the technical aspects of ServiceNow projects and solutions Solution Delivery: Deliver end-to-end automated solutions that align with customer business objectives and facilitate platform integrations Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and domain expertise to configure and develop the ServiceNow platform, aligning it with business processes and requirements. Requirements Gathering: Support requirements gathering workshops, offering technical guidance, and assisting in capturing necessary business, functional, and technical requirements What You’ll Bring to the Table: Communication: Maintain proactive communication with clients and project teams to ServiceNow Discovery Administrator / Engineer ServiceNow platform developer/admin Must have experience with CMDB, ITOM, and Discovery Experience with ITSM is preferred ITAM experience is a plus / optional 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience. 7+ years of general business or IT experience. Education & Certifications Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred); or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
