This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Shopper Marketing Specialist based in the United States. This role sits at the intersection of brand marketing and retail execution, focused on driving meaningful consumer engagement across omnichannel shopper touchpoints. You will help bring marketing strategies to life across retail environments including grocery, mass, and emerging channels, ensuring consistent and impactful execution at every step of the purchase journey. The position involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, brokers, and external partners to deliver high-quality shopper activations that build awareness, trial, and loyalty. You will manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, coordinating assets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where attention to detail, creativity, and operational discipline directly contribute to retail performance. It is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys turning strategy into in-store and digital impact. \n Accountabilities: Support execution of shopper marketing initiatives across retail channels including mass, grocery, and emerging formats Develop and activate omnichannel shopper programs that drive awareness, trial, and customer loyalty Coordinate creative assets, retailer submissions, trafficking, and campaign execution timelines Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining accurate tracking of deliverables, calendars, and workflows Partner with sales teams, brokers, distributors, vendors, and agencies to ensure strong in-market execution Oversee retailer marketing programs including digital coupons, rewards, and promotional activations Track program performance and deliver reporting with insights, trends, and recommendations for optimization Maintain budgets, support invoicing, and assist with financial reconciliation of marketing spend Build dashboards, recaps, and presentation materials to communicate performance and results Manage vendor relationships related to program setup and execution quality Requirements: 5+ years of experience in shopper marketing, retail marketing, or omnichannel marketing execution Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration experience Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in fast-paced environments Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects from start to finish Comfortable working in ambiguity and proactively problem-solving to find solutions Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Experience with collaboration tools such as Slack or Microsoft Teams preferred Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance data and insights Benefits: Competitive base salary range: $90,000 – $110,000, plus bonus eligibility Remote-first work environment with strong cross-functional collaboration culture Opportunity to work on high-impact national retail campaigns across major channels Exposure to fast-paced consumer brand marketing and omnichannel strategy execution Collaborative team culture that values innovation, feedback, and continuous improvement Professional growth opportunities within a scaling marketing organization \n How Jobgether works: We use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements.
