QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software development related field, or similar work experience
• Experience working with Python and AWS (e.g. AWS Glue, AWS Lambda)
• Experience with application observability, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD tools
• Strong SQL experience and exposure to data engineering and ETL processes
• Experience creating dashboards and reports with BI tools is a must (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, AWS QuickSight)
• Experience specifically with AWS Quicksight is a bonus
• 5+ years of work history with production engineering experience, in a SaaS software environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop and maintain event driven cloud native HCM software
• Maintain customer focus and understand your team’s charter
• Write testable, readable, maintainable and efficient code
• Collaborate with your team on best practices, effective code reviewing and continual process improvements
• Contribute in scrum ceremonies including the daily stand up, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives and sprint reviews
