Accountabilities: · Design, develop, and maintain core platform components and frameworks that support AI and ML applications. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that empower developers and data scientists. · Provide production support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for platform services. · Integrate Generative AI models into the platform, ensuring efficient execution and scalability. · Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning. · Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure the platform remains innovative and robust. · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. · 5+ years of software engineering experience with platform development responsibilities. · Strong proficiency in Rust and experience building high-performance systems. · Experience with REST and Graph APIs, including authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, API keys, JWT, service accounts). · Hands-on experience integrating with external systems via SDKs, webhooks, and event-driven patterns. · Prior experience developing widely adopted infrastructure/framework components. · Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). · Exceptional collaboration and communication skills. · Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
