Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop full-stack software solutions by analyzing business needs, collaborating with stakeholders, understanding system architecture, and ensuring efficient data flow and work processes.
  • Follow software development best practices, identify and resolve technical challenges, and adhere to the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Determine operational feasibility by evaluating and analyzing problem definitions, requirements,solution development, and proposed solutions.
  • Improve operations by conducting technical analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures.
  • Lead team members to achieve their best by supporting a culture of mentorship, continual learning, knowledge sharing of best practices, and contributing to the positive discussion and debate of ideas.
  • Support customer escalations and resolve production incidents to improve customer success

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills with deep knowledge of Java, and its idioms, design patterns, and bestpractices.
  • Strong commitment to product quality with expertise in writing automated tests at various levels.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring and related frameworks.
  • Experience building and optimizing high-performance applications.
  • Hands-on experience with relational database such as PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, or Oracle.
  • 1+ years of experience with AngularJS or React.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work effectively in teams with clear communication.
  • Strong diagnostic abilities and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience maintaining and deploying highly available, fault-tolerant systems.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native development.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines with tooling such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or others.
  • Experience working with remote / distributed teams and projects.

Great candidates have:

  • Experience designing SDKs, Java libraries, software application frameworks
