Responsibilities Design and implement new features for the BranchlyHR platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while following best practices in software development. Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and provide constructive feedback to team members. Debug and troubleshoot issues that arise in the development process or within existing software. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our product offerings. Participate in agile ceremonies including planning, retrospectives, and demonstrations. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a SaaS environment. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices. Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Knowledge of database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
