Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate software delivery. Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and profiling client server applications. Working knowledge of software development life cycle methodology, preferably within an agile environment (SCRUM, Kanban). Practical knowledge of API-first design to help build a new, API-first, microservices cloud platform. Hands-on experience coding C# and .NET. Requirements What you need to succeed: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience developing C#, .NET applications. Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools effectively throughout the entire software development lifecycle. Experience with spec-driven or design-first development practices. 5+ years of experience working with RDBMS (MS SQL, Oracle, Postgres, etc). 5+ years of experience writing full-stack applications with HTML, CSS, JS, etc. Experience with React, Angular or similar technology a plus. Experience with.NET 8+. Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc). Experience writing software for and deploying services to cloud providers (Azure cloud, AWS, GCP). Experience deploying software to a containerized environment (Docker, Kubernetes, etc). Experience with writing RESTful APIs. Thorough understanding of microservices architecture, service scalability and performance optimization. Thorough understanding of OOP, lightweight processes, memory, data storage, user interfaces, and networking. Experience with NoSQL a plus. Experience with IAM technologies a plus. Responsibilities
