JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client, a leader in 3D tracking technology for surgical navigation and digital transformation applications, is seeking a Sr. Software Engineering Manager to lead a team building high-performance software systems. This role involves driving architectural decisions, enforcing coding standards, and mentoring a team of engineers to develop cutting-edge software used in real-time sensor tracking, robotics, and healthcare systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3–5 years of senior-level software engineering experience
• 1–3 years of experience managing software engineers
• Proficiency in modern C/C++, multithreading, and cross-platform development
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Experience with CI/CD tools (CMake, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Background in software architecture, performance optimization, and test implementation
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or related field
• Nice to have: Experience in the healthcare industry
