Responsibilities Serve as key member of the program design team, led by the program manager and tech lead , identifying technology and solution roadmaps to improve mission enterprise capabilities resulting in increased contract growth and improved customer satisfaction Provide technical and/or business consultative services throughout the complete lifecycle of solutions Spend a majority of time at customer locations building deep relationships with customer and intimate understanding of their mission Organize and lead requirements gathering and solution design through collaborative sessions with customers, peers, partners and other technical resources Architect solutions and present them to customers Explain complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences Perform technical tasks to support client mission leveraging expertise in networks, cloud infrastructure and VSAT technologies Conduct solution research and recommendations to support build/buy assessments Integrate and configure prototype systems and participate in and propose R&D and solution development efforts related to IT automation, hardware platforms, and software versions A commanding technical knowledge of radio frequency (RF) cyber and monitoring system Demonstrate and train clients on solutions Troubleshoot solution deployment issues Travel to customer locations (Wash DC Metro area) to support Program Manager or Business Development engagements, and technological approaches for IT Managed Services and IT modernization capabilities including Software Development, Network Services, Cloud Services, Satellite, and other modern technologies Partner with the Business Development team in supporting the shaping and development of technical solutions and industry relationships via new business reviews, white papers, customer technical support calls, participate in customer demos and the Win Plan process for larger franchise opportunities. Qualifications Deep understanding of networking fundamentals and common architectures The ideal candidate will have a BS or MS degree in a Technology related field, industry certifications, or equivalent experience.
