Description
This role is pivotal in shaping the future of data center design and influencing strategic decisions at top-tier internet & cloud companies and telecom accounts (e.g., BAT, ByteDance, AWS, CTG, CMCC, China Unicom). The ideal candidate will combine hands-on experience with large-scale deployments and the ability to translate technical architectures into business value for C-level stakeholders. "* Lead the design and deployment of Chip-to-Grid total systems, covering both Grey Space and White Space solutions: transformers, power distribution, UPS, energy storage, batteries, and cooling systems. Act as a technical evangelist in front of C-level executives, translating electrical architecture into business metrics such as TCO, PUE, and IRR. Provide strategic consultancy and technical support during pre-sales and post-sales engagements, focusing on forward-looking technologies. Collaborate with business development and key account teams to build long-term customer relationships through technical presentations, solution positioning, and workshops. Align with the global Architecture team to standardize tools, processes, and share best practices. Represent the company in industry forums such as CDCC, ODCC, OCP, showcasing thought leadership and innovation. Analyze customer requirements and advise on infrastructure investment strategies. Work cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer needs and industry standards. Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory developments to inform product strategy and customer guidance." Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 15+ years of professional experience, including 8+ years specializing in data center infrastructure with deep expertise in electrical systems. Data center infrastructure with a focus on Chip to Grids total systems, Data Center Power Infrastructure, e.g. Power Skid, Rack-level power systems, 380V/800V DC power systems, MVSST - Medium Voltage Solid State Transformer "Proven ability to communicate and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level executives. Language: writing and oral English level Passionate, Collaborative mindset, Drive for Results, Dare to Lead."
