Role & Responsibility: * Conduct web research on emerging trends, use cases, and technology offerings in Cloud, Product Engineering, App Development, Custom Software Development, and Digital Engineering. * Work with solution architects and tech leads to create pre-sales collateral (case studies, white papers, solution blueprints, etc.). * Understand business and technical requirements from clients and provide strategic consultation. * Develop technical architecture documentation that aligns with major business and technical needs. * Prepare and deliver pre-sales solution presentations to customers. * Support marketing initiatives like webinars and lead-generation activities. Required Skills & Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar consulting role. * Strong expertise in pre-sales, consultation, and technical content creation. * Excellent communication, analytical, and web research skills. * In-depth knowledge of cloud and digital technology services. * Experience in writing marketing collaterals beyond project requirement documents. * Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or equivalent field.
