Actively participate in the technical discovery phase with customers to understand their needs and requirements. Assist customers during the integration and onboarding process, ensuring smooth and successful deployment of solutions. Record and review the solutioning process with the integration team to ensure technical and business requirements are met. Represent the technical voice of the customer internally, participating in product design and roadmap reviews to ensure customer needs are addressed. 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to analyze strategic objectives and define specific tactical goals required to achieve them.
