Description
We are looking for a Sr. Solutions Manager to join the MENA Brand Innovation Lab team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering custom advertising solutions for some of the region's largest and most innovative brands. You will work closely with Sales, Account Management, Creative, Ad Tech, and Product teams to translate advertiser objectives into scalable, customer-focused programs. You will own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle from BIL's end- from opportunity qualification and solution development through execution, measurement, and post-campaign insights. You will also play a key role in scaling BIL's presence across MENA by building repeatable frameworks, identifying market opportunities, and strengthening relationships with advertisers and agency partners. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver with a strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape, excellent program management skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, and driving complex initiatives from concept to launch across multiple markets. Key job responsibilities 1. Own the end-to-end custom solutions lifecycle for MENA advertisers, from opportunity qualification and solution development through execution and post-campaign reporting 2. Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to identify, shape, and drive custom opportunities that deliver incremental revenue 3. Develop insight-driven advertising solutions leveraging Amazon's products, assets, and capabilities to address advertiser objectives 4. Drive cross-functional teams across Creative, Ad Tech, Product, and Operations to deliver high-quality programs at scale 5. Build scalable frameworks, playbooks, and best practices that strengthen Brand Innovation Lab's impact across the MENA region 6. Analyze campaign performance, surface actionable insights, and serve as a trusted strategic partner to advertisers, agencies, and internal stakeholders About the team Amazon Ads' Brand Innovation Lab (BIL) is a global creative team that develops custom advertising solutions for brands. We combine Amazon's unique first-party insights, owned channels, and emerging technology to create breakthrough campaigns that go beyond standard ad products. The MENA BIL team partners with advertisers across the region to design and deliver bespoke, full-funnel experiences - from custom landing pages and shoppable experiences to integrated campaigns across the Amazon canvas for domestic and cross-border campaigns.
