QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience in managed services, IT consulting, staff augmentation, or enterprise solution sales.
  • Demonstrable success in building and closing $500k+ annual contracts.
  • Strong portfolio of existing industry relationships with decision-makers across [insert relevant industries].
  • Deep understanding of sales cycles in services-based businesses, including contract structures and pricing models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for managed services, staff augmentation, and tailored technology solutions.
  • Leverage an existing network of C-level and senior decision-makers to drive sales pipeline growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and crafting value-driven proposals aligned to their strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (solution architects, delivery, recruiting, etc.) to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market shifts, and emerging technologies to advise clients and inform go-to-market strategies.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs consistently.
