EDUCATION MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:

  • BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, Technology, or a related field with a strong focus on innovative practices.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an analytical, accounting, or finance role with a proven track record of driving innovation.
  • Ability to operate effectively both independently and collaboratively within teams.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, coupled with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders across the organization.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with the Finance Shared Area (FSA – SAP HANA database), Financial Tool Kit (FTK), SAP ERP, FCCS (Oracle Cloud Consolidation tool), and Excel-based tools (Analysis for Office, SmartView).
  • Experience with Power BI (including self-service business development), Tibco EBX, AWS S3, Redshift, Tableau, Business Objects, and Agile methodologies (Scrum).
  • Solid understanding of sales, inventory, and cost accounting, with a willingness to explore and implement innovative accounting solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Identifying and analyzing data sources and transformations that address current and future business challenges within COSI, using creativity and analytical skills to drive innovation.
  • Developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions for COSI processes utilizing technologies such as Microsoft Power BI, Tibco EBX, AWS S3, and Redshift.
  • Conducting testing, training, and communication efforts related to system enhancements, ensuring that all innovations are well-integrated and understood across the organization, while also serving as an advocate for new ways of working within the COSI organization, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration that empowers teams to embrace change and optimize processes effectively.
  • A smaller portion of the overall role, encompass the ownership and enhancement of the Product Presentation Hierarchy and MARA Extension, oversight of the accuracy of the Common Information Model for sales and inventory transactions within the Finance Shared Area, ensuring compliance and operational readiness for the Local Adjustment Tool in SAP, and providing business support to global users to resolve journal entry issues and improve user experience.
  • Addressing ad hoc requests with a focus on innovative problem-solving and efficient data management.
