Purpose:

Maximize KPIs performance of the Top accounts through:

  • An optimum sell in planning based on historical sell out data
  • A perfect product distribution per account
  • Generate relevant insights in order to take on-season decisions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide the Key Account Management team with reliable sell out and market data in order to support business decisions
  • Assure a correct planning of the presale and product distribution to guarantee a correct assortment for each Point of Sale in order to maximize sell out performance
  • Provide our top accounts with sell out analysis that allows a better decision-making process and sustainable growth with our brands
  • Guarantee, in alignment with the key account and trade marketing management, optimum monitoring and performance of brands managed spaces within our top accounts
  • Plan and execute the necessary projects to achieve the objectives of the adidas strategy in the key accounts
  • To measure performance on own predefined KPIs
