The Food & Beverage Senior Specialist plays a critical role within the Brand Operations team by driving data-informed decision-making, project execution, and process optimization across food and beverage operations. With an enhanced focus on project management, this position supports strategic F&B initiatives that improve guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability. The Food & Beverage Senior Specialist supports and tracks projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with defined scope, timelines, budgets, and objectives. This includes developing project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring progress, and identifying potential risks or issues that may impact successful execution. This role evaluates existing food and beverage processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, or opportunities for improvement. The Specialist designs and implements streamlined workflows and best practices to enhance operational efficiency, consistency, and scalability. The Senior Specialist establishes and maintains project tracking systems to monitor progress, milestones, and deliverables across food and beverage initiatives. Regular reporting and communication are provided to stakeholders to ensure visibility into project status, risks, and outcomes. This position designs and implements data collection methodologies to gather relevant information related to food and beverage operations, including sales mix, revenue, costs, and guest or owner feedback, ensuring data accuracy and consistency to support reliable analysis and reporting. The Senior Specialist works closely with cross-functional teams including the F&B Council, field operations, procurement/HSM, Brand, and accounting/finance to support information sharing and project execution.
