Job Description Role Summary As a Sr. Specialist Fleet Partner at talabat, you will be responsible for managing and developing partnerships with our 3PL delivery providers in Bahrain. You will ensure full compliance with company standards and KPIs while driving operational excellence through data driven decision-making. You will track partner performance, build and maintain dashboards, analyze data to identify trends, and take timely actions to resolve issues and improve results. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners. What’s On Your Plate? Reporting into logistics, you will have the following responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with 3PL partners, ensuring full compliance with talabat’s operational and contractual standards. Drive partner performance across Bahrain by aligning 3PL operations with company goals and ensuring consistent rider recruitment, management, and service quality. Act as the main liaison between logistics, legal, compliance, product, and data teams for all fleet partner matters. Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports, supported by dashboards and data analysis. Perform monthly payroll calculations and validations for riders under 3PL partners. Evaluate partner performance, identify improvement opportunities, and oversee the offboarding of underperforming partners when necessary. Enhance partners’ operational capabilities through structured communication and training to ensure a clear understanding of company standards and performance expectations. Manage short-term operational requests and ad-hoc data analyses to support decision-making. Perform other projects or responsibilities assigned by the manager to support departmental and organizational goals. Qualifications What Did We Order? You are a self-starter and take a high degree of ownership. You studied business economics/administration with a focus on Business/Finance/Commerce. You have 3+ years of work experience in the field of logistics/compliance. Experience in last mile delivery, Third party logistics, e-commerce is a big plus. You act independently and are results-oriented. You are able to present your thoughts in structured, synthetic and graphical manner. Problem Solving. You are a native arabic speak with fluency in English.
