The Senior Specialist – Global Development & System Optimization plays an integral role managing company growth initiatives, with a key focus on the Build-to-Suit program and company led development including projects in the US, Canada and UK. The position is responsible for day-to-day management, cross functional coordination and documentation of active Build-to-Suit projects, including dispositions of company owned restaurants to Franchisees. The Senior Specialist will also be responsible for forecasting and financial analysis for company led development projects, dispositions and ad hoc System Optimization work. This position will have a dotted line reporting structure to the Director of Company Development.
Responsibilities:
Minimum Wage: USD $77,000.00/Yr. Maximum Wage: USD $131,000.00/Yr. Qualifications:

The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. * The target annual bonus for this role is 10% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
