Key Responsibilities Execute Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to align material supply with production schedules and demand plans. Ensure continuous availability of raw and packaging materials, preventing stock-outs and production interruptions. Monitor inventory levels against safety stock, reorder points, and expiry risks, taking proactive actions. Identify and escalate critical material shortages and assess impact on finished product availability. Coordinate closely with Procurement and suppliers to track deliveries, resolve delays, and manage supply risks. Collaborate with Production Planning, QA, QC, Regulatory Affairs, and Warehouse to ensure smooth material flow. Maintain accurate material master data, lead times, and planning parameters in SAP. Perform risk analysis and scenario planning (e.g., supply delays, demand spikes, regulatory constraints). Monitor and control batch management, expiry, and shelf-life constraints specific to pharma materials. Prepare and present planning KPIs, shortage reports, and management dashboards using Excel/Power BI. Support S&OP and supply review meetings with material readiness insights and action plans. Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives in materials planning processes. Ensure strict adherence to GMP, GDP, and internal quality standards in all planning activities. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in Materials Planning or Supply Planning (pharma/healthcare preferred). Strong hands-on experience with SAP (MRP, material master, procurement integration). Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, dashboards). Experience in inventory management, shortage handling, and supplier coordination. Knowledge of batch tracking, expiry management, and regulatory constraints. Power BI and automation tools experience is a plus. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
