Job Description Oversee store asset details such as no of racks, chiller freezer, stores sizes, how stores are being utilized Work with local ops team to improve space utilization Come out with framework to measure standard category level utilization and do benchmarking across markets Define store category level how much stocks skus can hold to drive availability and assortment impact Work with local ops team to start tracking space and opportunities for area of improvement Work with SC and Commercial team to increase assortment in stores where space available Work with local markets to identify store opening plan based on operational efficiency and store capacity to hold assortment Work with BI team to build dashboard for leadership team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment Extremely organized and process-driven Analytical skill set demonstrated by an advanced proficiency in GSheet, MS Excel, Data studio, SQL, and Big QueryStrong problem solving abilities Track record of gettings things done while managing a heavy workload effectively by setting priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills across a set of stakeholders Having strong Warehouse ERP experience
