Operations PMO – Specialist / Senior Specialist Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations PMO – Specialist / Senior Specialist to join our Operations team at Azad Properties. The role will support the COO and Operations Division in coordinating strategic initiatives, maintaining project governance, and ensuring operational projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams across leasing, property management, fit-out, and operations to track project progress, maintain reporting frameworks, and provide executive-level insights that support effective decision-making. Key Responsibilities Track and monitor strategic and operational projects across the Operations Division to ensure alignment with business priorities. Maintain project trackers, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and executive reporting tools to provide clear visibility on project progress and performance. Coordinate with project owners and stakeholders across departments to monitor milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies. Ensure governance standards and project reporting frameworks are consistently applied across operational initiatives. Support the preparation of executive presentations, project updates, and briefing materials for leadership meetings. Assist in translating strategic objectives into structured project plans and operational action items. Monitor operational readiness across assets, including tenant fit-out progress and operational dependencies. Facilitate coordination between Leasing, Property Management, Fit-Out, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on timelines and priorities. Maintain and update project documentation, trackers, and operational reporting materials to support transparency and decision-making. Support continuous improvement of project tracking methodologies, reporting processes, and governance frameworks. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Real Estate, or a related field. 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in project coordination, PMO functions, or operational project management. Experience in real estate, property management, or retail operations is preferred. Strong understanding of project management principles including governance, project tracking, risk monitoring, and reporting frameworks. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including preparation of dashboards and executive reports. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments. Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Professional certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) is an advantage. Familiarity with leasing processes, tenant fit-out activities, and property management operations. Experience supporting executive leadership reporting or COO office initiatives. Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and dashboard development. Personal Attributes Proactive and solution-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
