Description

We are looking for a Senior Specialist that specializes in reports, AI technology, and advanced innovative solutions that can efficiently help in support our operational groups. Responsibilities: Create and update reports using Excel and Power BI to ensure accurate and timely data delivery. Assist in designing reporting templates and dashboards to meet business requirements. Analyze datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends that support strategic decision-making. Work closely with leads to understand the data needs and tailor reports accordingly. Communicate findings and reports effectively to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Address and resolve reporting issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to regular operations. Apply analytical thinking to improve existing reports and processes. Adapt to new reporting requirements and changes in business needs proactively. Support efforts to streamline and automate reporting processes where possible. Support project initiatives within the reporting function as directed by senior team members. - Presentation and reporting of the data delivered Demonstrated success in utilizing AI tools and technologies in a work setting to drive efficiency improvements. Qualifications: 3-4 years minimum experience in data analysis and reporting Strong knowledge of Excel and Power BI. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting. Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
