Description
The new hired Specialist program purchase will have below responsibility Responsible for the selection of the suppliers for prototypes and production parts - aligned with GSC strategy and Program team requirements from the headquarter. Initiate the RFQ's and negotiates and executes all contracts on the specific programs. Responsible for the program from Quotation through lifecycle of that program Responsible to utilize the tools to assist in should cost analysis for the components related to the specific program. Responsible to ensure the required timely Q – documents are received from the supplier. Responsible to get approval from sourcing committee to source supplier, Supplier contracts like S2MSA. Coordinate the tracking and analyses cost changes on the respective programs. Responsible to ensure the purchased components are integrated into the logistic concept (packaging, transport method etc.) and involving the materials and logistics analyst in this process. Verify capacities and acquire cost regarding carry-over parts (incl. expanded tooling capacity for the additional quantities) Care for key supplier integration into program team. The new hired Specialist program purchase will be required to fulfill below qualification. BE Mech or Electrical or equivalent qualification Around 6-8 years of experience in automotive field Be familiar with Digitalization tool Good communication skills and language fluency in English
