Responsibilities

Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Designing and Administering Compensation Plans: Develop, design, and administer comprehensive sales compensation, incentive, and recognition programs that align with strategic goals.
  • Implementation and Communication: Manage the implementation of compensation plans, communicate changes, and ensure all stakeholders understand the policies and procedures.
  • Performance Analysis and Benchmarking: Analyze compensation plans and competitive data to ensure effectiveness, generate insights, and recommend necessary adjustments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Project Management: Collaborate with HR, finance, and sales leadership, leading cooperative efforts on project teams and ensuring alignment with business strategies.
  • Stakeholder Support and Policy Interpretation: Provide support and consultation to stakeholders, explaining and interpreting sales compensation policies and procedures.
  • Data Analysis: Work within Excel and tooling platforms to review and analyze compsation for partner sales organziations.
