Your day at NTT DATA The Software Quality Assurance / Testing Engineer is a seasoned subject matter expert, responsible for participating in every phase of the development process to ensure that the design and software adhere to company standards. This role collaborates with various stakeholders in the development and execution of exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality. Requisitos - Experiência sólida em monitoramento e observabilidade (DataDog, CloudWatch); - Proficiência avançada em análise de métricas, logs e traces distribuídos; - Conhecimento aprofundado em sistemas operacionais e redes; - Experiência avançada em AWS e arquitetura cloud (alta disponibilidade, resiliência); - Vivência em gestão de incidentes e frameworks como ITIL; - Capacidade de liderança técnica e orientação de equipes; - Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e documentação.
