For more details visit: www.netradyne.com Job Overview: As a Senior Staff Engineer at Netradyne, you will lead the development of cutting-edge software solutions that drive our next-generation products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable software applications in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement software applications using C, Shell Scripting. Lead code reviews and mentor junior team members. Collaborate with product managers to define product requirements. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments. Implement best practices for software development. Mandatory Skills: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. 10+ years of experience in software development. hands-on experience working with embedded systems, linux kernel device driver development, or operating systems. Hands-on experience in hardware bring-up using interfaces such as USB, ADC, GPIO, SPI, I2C, Wi-Fi and similar peripherals. Proficiency in embedded C, Shell Scripting (Python scripting would ne added adbantages). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in working with Product or SaaS Companies. Able to Contribute Individually and Mentor Juniors as well. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
