SENIOR STAFF ENGINEER, WORKSTATION AND MOBILE ENGINEERING

The Workstation and Mobile Senior Staff Engineer role will provide engineering support for complex system management activities related to system software, hardware, performance, problem determination or resource management requiring communication and coordination with vendors, technicians, clients, and management. The role will also provide technical input to management decision making in the areas of software, hardware, and performance. This role may include defining networking requirements; performing detailed analysis of various projects and requests; developing designs for projects that have medium to high complexity; formulating procedures; monitoring key performance indicators; and implementing advanced business solutions. It may also integrate systems or operate in a DevOps model depending on the maturity of the organization and/or product. Ideal candidate will have AWS and/or Azure certification.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Engineering or in a Technology related field, OR equivalent through a combination of education and/or technology experience, OR 12 years of technology experience
• 6 years in identifying technical solutions for complex business problems, identifying the benefits and risks of the solutions and providing recommendations
• 5 years of Technology Experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years of experience integrating solutions, services with workstations (i.e. Entra ID, OKTA) in co-management environments
• 5 years of experience automating solutions in PowerShell, Bash (or combined) for complex workstation environments
• 5 years of experience building, troubleshooting, and updating complex Task Sequences and applications in SCCM
• 3 years of experience with building Operating System images, integrating drivers and hardware certification
• 3 years of experience creating, applying, and updating AD Group Policies
• 3 years of experience supporting Apple MacOS and JAMF
• 3 years of experience in Mobile Device Management, Intune, AutoPilot
  WORK BEST CATEGORY:Category C - Days in the office will either be designated days or will vary week to week from 2-5 days
  HOURS:8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
