We are looking for an experienced Cloud Systems Software Engineer to join our Enterprise Browser Product Team. Reporting to the Manager, Software Development Engineering in Spain, you will be working in a Hybrid mode from either our Madrid or Valencia office, and you'll be responsible for: Designing, developing, and maintaining agent-like desktop applications with minimal UI for Windows OR Mac, and potentially Linux platforms. Implementing OS-specific functionality to support secure cloud communication directly or via browser extensions. Collaborating with product owners, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall project requirements and technical goals. Performing code reviews, developing testing frameworks, and refining CI/CD workflows to enhance engineering workflows. Sharing responsibility for production applications, with on-call expectations to maintain exceptional reliability. What We Are Looking For (Minimum Qualifications): 7+ years of professional software development experience with 3+ years focused on desktop application development (Windows or Mac required). Proficiency in Rust with a solid understanding of system-level programming. Strong knowledge of HTTP, REST APIs, and RPC protocols. Capable of understanding and creating system design documentation independently. Experience developing applications that integrate with cloud services with minimal UI dependencies. What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Familiarity with Go, JavaScript or C++ - Experience in creating and managing pipelines for CI/CD automation.
