The role responsibilities include:

  • Support the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, including receipting, dispatch, inventory control and material movements.
  • Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stocktakes, shelf-life control and ERP system management (Quantum).
  • Safely handle aircraft components, dangerous goods and warehouse equipment, including forklifts and automated storage systems.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies, raise non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
  • Partner with the team to improve warehouse processes, efficiency and operational performance.

Skills and Experiences:

Required skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years in a warehouse or stores role within aerospace, defence, manufacturing or a highly regulated industry.
  • Strong inventory management experience using an ERP system such as Quantum, SAP, Pronto or similar.
  • Current Forklift Licence.
  • Certificate III in Warehousing Operations and Logistics (or equivalent) is highly regarded.
  • Sound understanding of dangerous goods handling, inventory control and warehouse best practices.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work as a team player.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering exceptional customer service.
