Description
Analytics, insights and benchmarking: In-depth proficiency in Cost Savings, Spend Analytics, and overall Category Scorecards to leaders. Provide oversite to team members to ensure data integrity and accessibility and partner with IT, BI, Fin, Eng, Mfg Lead external market intelligence analysis, problem-solving, benchmarking and solution development. Evaluate data and information to find opportunities and cost savings, and deliver recommendations to support the strategic direction Collect and use financial data for suppliers, and provide mentorship for interpretation Highly skilled in analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and high comfort in working with numbers. Demonstrate strong communication in a structured, clear and influential way, with Stakeholders and Senior Leaders/Executives Having a global perspective and a positive attitude that is well-suited for working across different regions. Having an aptitude for business acumen, and data proficiency, bringing to bear insights to make a data-driven decision. Agile in adopting new tools and ways of working towards continuous improvement to better business outcomes. Self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working in a global, fast-paced and dynamic environment Bachelor's degree or MBA or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or Science from an accredited college/university! Proficient in O365, Sharepoint, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent. Proficient in written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Financial and/or other analytics software, SQL and VBA proficiency preferred Procurement, Category Management, Supply Chain background preferred Proven experience working optimally in a matrixed, global organization!
