Description

Manager / Senior Manager of Strategy for Honeywell International This role will report into the Sr. Director of Strategy & Analytics and will be based out of India. The person will support development and execution of Honeywell’s strategy. Specific responsibilities include (but not limited to): * Support the annual strategic planning process (STRAP) in collaboration with global business-line leaders, functional leaders, and regional strategy teams * Provide cross-business and cross-divisional support in strategy formulation, industry/market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and strategic partnerships * Lead deep-dive market assessments and business case analyses for breakthrough growth opportunities and emerging/disruptive industry trends * Build and maintain Honeywell’s authoritative view of its competitive landscape - industry sizing (TAM/SAM/market share), competitor strategies, and market dynamics * Drive strategy execution processes globally - develop executable action plans with local and global strategy leaders and track performance against strategic commitments * Support M&A research, due diligence, and portfolio health evaluation to inform inorganic growth decisions Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
