Oneida Total Integrated Enterprises (OTIE) currently has an immediate opening for a Remote Senior Structural Engineer (PE). We currently have a solid backlog of projects, an excellent staff of engineers, and a reputation for providing outstanding services to our clients.
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our structural engineering team. This position offers an opportunity for promotions and upward mobility within a growing firm that has a 30+ year track record of providing outstanding engineering services for federal, state, county, municipal, and private clients.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in structures.
• 10+ years of structural experience with buildings
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)
• Have the ability to make decisions, and act on your own initiative.
• Working knowledge of standard industry software such as experience with structural analysis software including RAM, Tedds, Adapt; Revit, and or AutoCad; MS Word and Excel.
• Advanced knowledge in the areas of concrete, steel, wood, and CMU structures.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) member.
• Practical experience in concrete and post-tension.
• The ability to perform a condition assessment of an existing structure.
• Licensed Structural Engineer (S.E.)
  Compensation Range: $115,000 - $150,000 + Benefits

• Lead projects effectively while meeting quality, budget, and schedule goals.

• Provide mentorship to Structural EITs that are in active pursuit of their PE.
• Provide quality design support for the structural engineering group.
• Performing Quality Control reviews on technical submittals.
• Providing support on specific concrete, steel, wood, and CMU structures.
• Established skill and delivery in the design and analysis of concrete and steel structures and be familiar with current design standards and working practices.
• Will work independently and in a project team in a fast-paced environment.
• Work cooperatively with other engineers, project managers, and technicians.
• Provide prompt, clear, and proactive communication with internal staff, engineering and architectural partners, and government agencies.
• Continue to develop and promote a positive internal work environment that takes great pride in delivering outstanding structural services to our clients.
