In this role, you will lead strategic client value realization for top enterprise customers across North America and globally. Acting as the senior-most post-sales advisor, you will collaborate closely with C-level stakeholders to design and implement solutions that drive retention and growth. Your efforts will ensure scalability and adherence to best practices, helping to optimize efficiency and reliability in customer engagements. This role is crucial for empowering businesses to maximize their technological investments, effectively aligning technology with their business objectives for sustained success. \n Accountabilities Help drive Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Retention Revenue (NRR) for enterprise accounts. Lead technical discovery and solution scoping with IT stakeholders. Drive technical evaluations and collaborate on feature gaps. Partner with Client Success and Sales teams for product adoption. Provide expert recommendations on technical architecture and solution design. Act as a trusted technical expert within the Customer Success organization. Simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. Identify capability gaps and recommend product enhancements. Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive customer success. Uncover new use cases and influence product development. Requirements 10+ years in enterprise account management or SaaS customer success. Familiarity with APIs and integrations, and data architecture. Understanding of the IT sales process and driving technical close plans. Experience with data analysis and turning complex data into actionable insights. Deep understanding of consumer and media intelligence. Experience working with C-level stakeholders. Strong communication, commercial judgment, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable navigating matrixed global organizations.
