EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years supervisory experience in a Maintenance and Engineering environment with 3 years’ of the experience in a direct supervisory role in a cGMP or food manufacturing/processing environment
  • 5+ years PLC experience with ability to train.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast pace, results driven environment.

EDUCATION:

  • 2-year technical degree from accredited institution or equivalent in experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering
Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

This First Shift Sr. Supervisor, Maintenance will work onsite at our state of art Innovation and Manufacturing facility in Lake Forest, CA, and supervise maintenance personnel, equipment repair, and facility services for the manufacturing facility. This role will assist the Sr. Manager, Facility and Production Maintenance in developing and implementing departmental goals, timelines, preventative maintenance programs, safety, and quality programs as it relates to equipment and production efficiency. This position is an experienced maintenance supervisor with knowledge in all aspects of maintenance and equipment operation including troubleshooting, electrical, controls/PLC, mechanical, and process knowledge of the manufacturing operation.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads a team of Maintenance Mechanics on their shift.
