REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
• 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a regulated manufacturing environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of direct supervisory or leadership experience
• advanced degree or certifications (e.g., ASQ, Six Sigma) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspection techniques, and regulatory requirements (ISO 13485, FDA).
• Strong experience in quality data analytics, including statistical analysis, trend identification, and reporting.
• Familiarity with MES and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CAPA, nonconformance handling, and audit readiness.
