JOB TITLE:  Sr. Supervisor, Talent Acquisition and  Development. LOCATION:   SPI/TC Santiago Working Model: On Site   GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF JOB: Develops and implements strategies that allow full compliance with all activities related to attracting, recruiting, hiring, motivating and developing all possible candidates, candidates, applicants and employees of the company, managing the resources and talents of the departments that it supervises. Provides help and assist in all the activities related to the department.   RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  * Define, implement and sustain all the policies, processes and procedures of the departments * Measure, control and improve the management indicators of the departments (index of permanence of new employees, vacancy closing time, compliance with the annual training plan, management and control of the departmental budget) * Develop and implement the career plans of all departments of the company * Monitor and support all departments to perform the performance evaluation of their employees * Establish strategic relationships with local institutions that support the integral development of the activities promoted by the department (CAPEX, TEP, Polytechnics, OTE / SENAE among others) * Collaborate in all the collective activities of the company's human talent management department (birthdays, specific day celebrations, Christmas mornings, among others)   SUPERVISION OF OTHERS: Team of -1-6 - Recruiting specialist, talent development specialist, HR intern    JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS:  Note that (i) computer literacy and working-level skill with the basic MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer), (ii) good verbal and written communication skills, (iii) good interpersonal skills, and (iv) the ability to work well both individually and in a team environment are default requirements for all Jostens exempt and salaried nonexempt employees.   Required: * Bachelor’s degree in any career related to the field (psychology, business, laws) * Full bilingual (English/Spanish) * 1 + years of experience on similar roles * 1+ years supervising employees * Schedule flexibility (need to work out of schedule for coordinating and providing trainings) Preferred: * Master’s degree in HR related fields * High proficient in MS Excel * Labor law broad knowledge Other Benefits: * Gas and phone subsidy * Weekly Payment * 2 way free transportation * Law Benefits * Complementary Medical Insurance * Pharmacy and Optic Center benefits * Internal Cooperative * Referral Program * Growth Opportunities   About Jostens: Celebrating 125+ years of business, Jostens has been a part of local communities, working with K-12 schools, colleges and universities, teams, and affiliation groups.
