We’re looking for a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to play a pivotal role in unifying external parts’ development across the EU platform.

• Work with process owner and cross functional team to unify the external parts development process in EU platform
• Lead quality activities in Dependency program in EU suppliers.
• Lead PPAP in development stage to make sure aligned development results are done within The LEGO Group requirement
• Lead novelty development quality on test diagram to align development test method with supplier and analyze development test data stability.
• Evaluate product structure and function to meet safety and quality requirement throughout the whole development stage with strong prioritization on time & effort.
• Define and recommend the testing methods in development stage and work together with supplier QA engineer to conduct quality tests for novelty development for the best result & right deliverable levels.
• Initiate quality-test plan for high complexity elements assigned tests of potential risks shall also be in place for risk identification to ensure significant and reliable results.
• Validate development element quality including PS, function, LEGO DNA, IP characteristics, and appearance. to find out any risk to affect quality performance in EU supplier manufacture.
• Involve in quality approval for new carryover elements, new material elements (bi-PE), or new pack materials (paper packing).
• Drive PPS or structure problem solving for development quality incidents.
