The Role: The Sr Supplier Quality Engineer is responsible for overseeing supplier quality management, focusing on new product launches, and ensuring high standards of quality across all supplier interactions. This role involves leading failure analysis, managing supplier audits, and driving continuous improvement in supplier quality. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance supplier performance and implement effective quality control measures. Your Contribution: - Lead failure analysis for electronics component defects with corrective and preventive actions. - Manage and improve supplier quality performance, including new product development. - Conduct on-site supplier visits for root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions. - Perform process and system audits for component suppliers to prevent potential risks. - Promote continuous improvement techniques like Lean, Six-Sigma, and FMEA. Your Qualifications and Skills: - More than 3 years of engineering or quality experience in the PCB or PCBA industry. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including PDCA and DMAIC methodologies. - Experience in component supplier system audit and process audit. - Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as PFMEA, SPC, and GR&R. - Good command of English and Chinese, with effective communication skills. - Demonstrated leadership in supplier performance improvement. - Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global team environment. - Strong ownership and commitment to quality with high integrity. - Willingness to travel frequently for business and job assignments. #LI-KS1 /LP /51SH Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
