Description
This position is responsible for the management of key Telecommunications suppliers, business relationships and operational performance. Functional responsibilities to execute on the supplier management framework include: Strategic supplier selection, contracting, compliance, performance management and relationship management. Also, the role aligns priorities with internal business areas and partners with suppliers to define and ensure business expectations and contractual obligations are met. The Senior SRM executes Strategic Implementation and processes to support iterative evaluation of value delivered. Main area of focus is on Telecom Internet services such as broadband Internet Access, dedicated internet Access, Local Access, equipment, software license, and professional services. THE RESPONSIBILITIES: · Review and improve operational and commercial supplier performance. · Analyze provider data to determine levers to improve or boost cost and quality. · Developing strategy for specific provider engagement activities to be executed. · Create and execute metrics for evaluating supplier performance, aiming to enhance quality, delivery, and service · Contract management and compliance. · Risk analysis and prevention. · Optimize Expereo’s cost position during the full-service lifecycle. · Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable commercial terms and conditions for client deals and projects · Coordinate communication between company stakeholders and suppliers to clarify specifications and expectations · Local market research/analysis. · Keep track of new developments in terms of available service technologies, pricing, service levels, and regulatory environment. · Attending Telco Events in the local markets. THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: · Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize work to the needs of the business. · Ability to influence, negotiate, and execute while navigating long term supplier/customer relationships. · Experience managing contracts, customer relationships, suppliers, and strategic sourcing. · Ability to synthesize, simplify, and standardize concepts/processes toward tangible results. · High attention to detail with evidenced problem-solving skills. · Structured, methodical and well-organized, creative, persistent, quality and result driven. · Ability to communicate and interact effectively and professionally with co-workers, management, customers, etc. · Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize, and make trade-off decisions. · Have the desire to learn business processes, strategy and “big picture” thinking. · Enthusiasm and self-motivation, with a proactive approach to all tasks. · Comfortable in a high-paced dynamic, work environment. · Resilient, with the ability to perform well under pressure and to deadlines. · English language proficiency is required.
