Job Description:

• Act as a champion of supply chain ERP/RFS tools and methodologies; serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and system super user
• Optimize ERP system uses to enhance operational efficiency and maintain data integrity
• Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) processes to develop a cohesive production plan that supports budgetary goals
• Conduct risk assessments and implement recovery strategies to mitigate supply and capacity risks
• Develop and reinforce inventory management and control practices
• Cycle Counting compliance
• Manage slow-moving and obsolete inventory with a focus on reduction and prevention
• Partner on new product introductions to ensure supply chain readiness from engineering builds to mass production
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing trends, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions based on monthly KPIs and secondary metrics
• Establish and refine best practice processes, with an emphasis on lean methodology and continuous improvement
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to supply chain tea
