Crafted Highlights: In the role of Sr Sustainability Engineer, you will be a champion/leader of Sustainability who identifies opportunities, develops plans, and drives improvements in GHG and water reductions in our north American Facilities. This role is key in delivering on Molson Coors’ public Sustainability commitments. This individual will be part of the Technical Services and Support team and interfaces with Breweries, and corporate groups including EHS, Quality, and WCSC. This role requires a combination of project management, manufacturing support, and data/analytical skills What You’ll Be Brewing: Compile and distribute various sustainability reports, to track performance, analyze trends, and recommend improvement actions Identifies and implements solutions to improve energy and water consumption at our Breweries in North America Manages capital projects from inception to completion. This includes budget, schedule and score oversight through support from consultant partners for detailed engineering Performs energy and water site assessments to identify opportunities for improvement at the Breweries Analyze usage information and other variables to identify opportunities for improvement and potential optimization opportunities Travel about 30% of the time within US/Canada breweries expected Key Ingredients: 5+ year’s in manufacturing environment Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field Project management experience with budget, scheduling, scope, etc. Proven track record in process improvement in a manufacturing environment Ability to communicate to multiple levels of the organization Advanced knowledge of Utilities, Process, and Packaging equipment.
