Description

Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business requirements and perform impact assessments. Lead sessions to define payment models, transaction models, data provisioning, data modeling, and software reporting capabilities, and utilize datasets for business recommendations. Partner with Data Technology teams to ensure accurate and timely data delivery. Triage and drive the resolution of production issues. Oversee vital business processes within existing systems to ensure uninterrupted service. Highlight bugs and blockers, and coordinate with development and operations teams for resolution. Develop product performance dashboards and executive dashboards. Perform ad hoc data analysis and provide production support. Propose future state solutions and design scalable data solutions. Work with engineering and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Technical and tactical experience related to BI and/or data warehouse development, and a strong understanding of how the technologies to be used to deliver the right solutions. Working knowledge of Hadoop, AI/ML, LLM. Experience in Risk and Compliance domain.
