Position Summary General Summary/Responsibilities: The Senior System Operations Project Manager serves as an internal consultant, providing project management expertise to advise and facilitate Innovate project teams from vision through implementation. This role is responsible for organizing, planning, and executing projects that drive operational excellence across Premier Health Physician Network. This position will focus on key areas such as cost management, revenue enhancement, quality improvement, process optimization and sustainability, partnership and collaboration, and forward-thinking innovation. The Senior System Operations Project Manager also plays a critical role in developing and executing communication and engagement strategies for key stakeholders, including physicians, senior leadership, and staff, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. Essential Duties & Functions Essential Duties & Functions: • Demonstrates strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, facilitation, and change management skills. • Highly action-oriented with a strong drive for results. • Proven ability to motivate individuals and cross-functional teams through personal example and influence. • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly. • Strong quantitative, analytical, and statistical skills preferred. • Extensive project management experience, including organizing, planning, and executing projects from concept through implementation. • Experience leading process improvement initiatives. • Ability to operate effectively and communicate within a complex matrix organization. • Skilled in both strategic thinking and tactical execution. • Team- and customer-focused leader with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership. • Capable of translating business requirements into practical, actionable solutions. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences. • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships. • Demonstrated accountability and follow-through to ensure successful project planning and implementation. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. • Experienced in developing, tracking, and monitoring target savings and revenue outcomes. Management or healthcare consultant experience preferred.
