JOB DESCRIPTION
As a dedicated Sr. Systems Analyst, you will have a significant impact at Agio working with one of our valued clients. Our clients will look to you as a subject matter expert when it comes to purchasing and setting up new equipment within their environment. You have the ability to create a positive experience for our clients and influence their impression of Agio.
You will be using cutting edge technology in supporting various clients, as well as, evaluating all nodes in an environment and making recommendations, based on the client’s requirements. The Sr. Systems Analyst will be a level 2-3 support role. You will need to have a good understanding of WIN10 and WIN11, experience with a ticketing system, and excellent verbal/written communication skills. Management will look to you to be professional and courteous, as well as, possessing a drive for self-improvement.
