Overview
Client First Technologies is currently seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to support a contract with our government customer. The Senior Systems Analyst will be responsible for developing system requirements and performing data analyst activities for a national program office. The ideal candidate must possess an excellent background performing a variety of technical analysis tasks in support of reporting and dashboarding development efforts. This is a full-time position located in Frederick, Maryland.

Responsibilities
- Perform data collection, modeling, analysis, documentation and product generation
- Organize and translate data into information for reports, studies, and solution documentation that include various systems such as SharePoint, Access, Qualtrics, and MS Power Platform
- Conduct analyses, including defining parameters of requested data output and analysis, including data screening, data usage, trend analysis, data presentation, and statistical analysis
- Collect, compile and assemble data for business-centric analytical reports for a variety of stakeholders, spanning program- to executive-level stakeholders
- Provide research support, studies and assessments of data quality of the data and how it can be maintained and improved
- Assist with program related financial modeling, forecasting and analyses
- Assist in preparation of reports, briefings, and documentation of deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in technical and systems analysis
- Proven track record of successfully performing data analysis activities, working with a variety of data sources and converting data analysis into technical requirements for solutions development
- Experience working in software development teams leveraging a variety of development methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks, solve problems, and make informed solution recommendations
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with systems such as SharePoint, Access, Qualtrics, and MS Power Platform
- Experience with government acquisition lifecycle management, procurement processes and practices, and government contract management
- Experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs
Physical Demands
- Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Occasional travel and overtime may be required
Required Clearances and Screenings
- This position is subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility for a position designated with Low Risk sensitivity. Candidates with current Veterans Affairs (VA) Tier 1/Low Background Investigation or equivalent (e.g., DoD Tier 3/NACLC, Active Secret) are preferred
