We’re actively seeking a talented Sr. Systems Analyst I to join our Institutional Technology Team in Newport Beach, CA. You’ll work at our state-of-the-art Newport Beach headquarters.
As a Systems Analyst I you’ll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by driving the development and enhancement of systems to meet evolving business needs . You will fill a new role that sits on a team of 4 people in a Pacific Life Technology team dedicated to our Institutional Division. Your colleagues will include Solution Analysts and an Agile Delivery Manager, along with fellow technology professionals. Our team works closely in supporting the primary administration platform for our Institutional business users.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING :

5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in planning and deploying technology and process initiatives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and creative problem-solving abilities.
Experience with various project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
Ability to adapt to change and experiment with new ideas.
