We’re looking for a business and systems savvy Sr Systems Analyst to drive technology innovation in our logistics, transportation, and warehouse management operations. Partner with our leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement, implement advanced solutions, and ensure systems like SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), TMS (E2Open BluJay), and WMS deliver maximum value.
You’ll lead projects from concept to completion—translating strategy into requirements, modeling business processes, managing budgets and roadmaps, and ensuring smooth change management. Your expertise in SAP/S4 Hana, logistics systems, and continuous improvement will help us optimize supply chain performance across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the bridge between business and IT, aligning technology with supply chain strategy
  • Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean and continuous improvement principles
  • Define, document, and implement innovative logistics, transportation, and warehouse solutions
  • Manage project plans, budgets, and roadmaps; ensure timely delivery and system quality
  • Support, troubleshoot, and enhance existing systems to exceed user expectations
  • Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in systems development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent years in a systems analyst role)
  • 6+ years as a systems analyst (logistics, transportation, or warehouse focus)
  • Hands-on SAP/S4 Hana experience; EWM expertise preferred
  • Knowledge of TMS (E2Open BluJay), yard management, and WMS solutions
  • Strong skills in testing, functional spec writing, and process modeling
  • Proven project management, change management, and collaboration skills

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The base salary range for this position is $90,750 – $151,250 annually with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus, which is based on organizational performance. The salary range represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Years of Related Experience: 6-9 years related experience
KSA’s (Knowledge/Skills/Abilities): Expert knowledge of assigned business unit’s industry (i.e. consumer packaged goods, retail, manufacturing, logistics or finance); Advanced Knowledge of business and strategic planning process and principles, theories, and concepts; Advanced knowledge of systems development principles, theories and concepts; Advanced change management, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proficient in the operation of a personal computer in a Windows environment to include the Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook; Proficient with numeric data analysis skills; Advanced Knowledge of Lean / six sigma / continuous improvement; Advanced project management skills; Excellent customer service skills; Teamwork focus; Strong organizational skills; Able to manage multiple initiatives concurrently; Advanced Business process management and modeling skills.
